This year, the number of college graduates is expected to reach 8 million 200 thousand, 250 thousand more than last year, and the employment situation is still grim. At present, more than half of the graduation season, a part of the students do not hurry to employment, but choose to continue to further study - graduate study, some schools a class of graduate students can account for more than six or sevenpolyU offers placement programmes / internship opportunities for students to widen their horizon and to obtain valuable working experience before graduation. .

In recent three years, what is the main driving force for graduate entrance examination? What is the trend in the number of unemployed graduates who choose postgraduate entrance exams?

Wang Boqing, founder of China's higher education supply and demand tracking and evaluation system, professor of southwest finance university, and president of Mike Corporation, used to speak with data. "From the distribution of fresh graduates, further education has become one of the popular choices of graduates. The proportion of the 2015-2017 undergraduate graduates studying at home and abroad is increasing, which is 15.6%, 15.5% and 16.4% respectively. Specific to the 2017 undergraduate graduates, the motivation to choose the graduate school is: the employment prospects are good (55%); the career development needs (51%); only because of difficult employment and choice of research (18%), the proportion is relatively low Effective communication of results could have considerable health service and policy effect. .

The annual graduation season is also the job season. When many of the graduates have found a job, the students who have not found the job are still running around to find the opportunity, and what are those who are "not anxious to get a job"? The survey data will give us the answer to this question.

The survey shows that the proportion of preparing for postgraduate entrance exams or studying abroad is 2.1%, 2.3% and 2.7%, respectively, showing an increasing trend among the 2015-2017 graduates. Among the 2017 graduates, the proportion exceeds the proportion of job hunting (2.6%). According to Wang Boqing, "from the composition of the people who have not been employed in the last three years, the graduates who are preparing to take a postgraduate entrance examination have become the first constituent of the unemployed people, and the population for studying at home and abroad is increasing, and the number of people looking for work is gradually decreasing."

On the deck, I sit over there and see the pear tree aged more than 40 years. It does not look like other plants, it only grows very slowly, so far reaches to thirty centimeters in diameter. Every year at this moment, it meets the problem of intrusion from a kind of insect. They fly over and lodge in that poor tree. Each of them has two large and hardened claw-like antennae, meanwhile their light green color is favorable to be their shield to hide among branches and leaves. Those bugs always annoy me and the anger flames and rushes to my mind harder when leaf spots manifested on innocent leaves. They live by sucking juice out of that poor tree and contribute to the masterpiece of spotted and shriveled leaves and fruit .

Whenever I see them, I grab a bamboo pole to knock at the trunk slightly and make sure it does not cause any further injury on branches. After that, some bugs just fall down out of interruption when they are at snug nap. Then, those unwelcome fellows would be stamped on, swept away and tanked into the dustbin. As the repeated supervision and cleaning from the beginning to the end, the poor tree is saved to survive and every autumn it keeps some sweet pears. At the harvest season, it gives out the satisfied survey which declares that the fact of anti-bugs war after the assault prevails .

Why not just spray some insecticide? Considering those bugs are strong survivors and can easily organize another round of attack once the remains of those survive back and are immune to drug, the manual eradication is such an ideal method though it is time and energy consuming. Why those bugs will only come to that poor tree? Because there are no other alternative fruit trees in neighborhood and finally it turns out to be the only target.

Great appreciation on a bite of a sweet fruit on that tree, I feel the warmth and bitterness from the hardship through its growth in the company of family members’ endeavor and protection lest it is being ruined by those annoying bugs .

Speaking from experience, if I am pretty stressed out (which incidentally happens rarely) and I try to have a decent meditation session, it rarely works well for me. For a start I'm not adequately prepared eg, not in the present moment and still in problem solving mode. From my observation of others when they're stressed and try to meditate they become further frustrated because they're unable to stay focussed and get into the zone. The secret is to prepare yourself adequately first rent power generator.

Find yourself a technique you know you'll enjoy so practising will be a positive experience. Alternatively find yourself a meditation group that has a good teacher. Not only will you learn to meditate, you might also form some great friendships that will last a lifetime.

Meditation is a discipline that can be learned through a step by step process, and once adept, you can use it for any number of reasons. Decide if your meditation is for relaxation; connection to spirit or self; to achieve clarity of mind; or to regain some inner strength .

My reasons for meditation are numerous. I meditate on purpose to receive answers to questions I might have. Before going into a meditative state I write down exactly what my question is, give it a timeline, and wait. Generally the answer is received during the session or shortly afterwards, depending of course on the timeline I gave.

I'll also meditate to access my creative self. After I've jotted down what my intention is I go into a meditative state with pen and paper handy. Generally what happens for me is that I start receiving ideas one after the after which I quickly jot down. I've written an entire workshop through one of these meditation sessions.

Chocolate delays reality. When I am eating chocolate, everything is on hold: anxiety, panic, frustrations, and insecurity. Chocolate offers a profound richness, a sweetness of life, a euphoric sensation of luxury. I love chocolate in many forms, from M&M's, to imported Lindt balls, to dark fudge frosting in a pop-top can, to Hershey's dark chocolate bite-sized morsels nuskin.

It is difficult to eat only a little chocolate. I cheat myself when I chew it up quickly and swallow it like other food. To eat chocolate correctly, one must let it melt in the mouth with eyes closed, feeling the tasty, thick smooth velvet coat the tongue. It is also difficult to eat really good chocolate silently. I usually purr a long ummmmmmm of feminine satisfaction when enjoying such a pleasure.

I have strategies to keep from eating chocolate. I meditate after lunch, enjoying the sweetness of life without calories, I brush my teeth after drinking my afternoon coffee, and I give chocolate away to my mother so that it's not in the house. But it comes back as gifts from other sources, knowing that it is loved and cherished in my presence.

My daughter loves chocolate, too. A hereditary trait, I guess. Sometimes my mother and my daughter and I enjoy chocolate together, a female bonding of sensuous gratification. We give each other gifts of Easter Bunnies, Christmas balls, and Valentine confections, then share our blessed bounty with each other. We hide it from other family members, and never apologize for succumbing to such greedy decadence. We have trained the men in our lives to buy it for us as well by expressing our enjoyment and satisfaction as lip-smacking, vocalized bliss. It's as if we permit our chocolate gift givers to be voyeurs of our pleasure nuskin.

I have a girl friend who refers to chocolate as the fourth basic food group. She eats it publicly, in front of people, instead of holding private chocolate sessions where no one can count bites or pieces. Self-righteous jailers they are, those indignant souls who reprimand us. Sometimes it is us, ourselves, our split personalities loving and hating our obsession. My sister-in-law denies her children from chocolates' evil influence, but yields personally to its entrapment. Chocolate calls her name, beckoning her in a trance- like state to follow its' seductive aroma to the kitchen. I know that aroma well, it cannot be contained in a cardboard box, a foil wrapper, or an insulated refrigerator.

You probably agree that the #1 reason why people can’t pursue their passions is MONEY. It takes time to find a way through which your passion can replace the secured paycheck .

However, there is another equally important reason.

On the surface, you can call it the fear of failure!

However, there is a much deeper and critical aspect of your fear of failure, specially when it comes to pursuing your passion.

It doesn’t hurt that much when you fail to achieve an average goal that you’re not so emotionally attached to it.

Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born. So one day he asked God, “They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?”
God replied, “ I chose one for you. She will be waiting for you and will take care of you reenex.”
But the child wasn't sure he really wanted to go. “But tell me, here in Heaven, I don't do anything else but sing and smile, that's enough for me to be happy.”
“Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel's love and be happy.”
“And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me,” the child continued, “if I don't know the language that men talk?”
